3. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Selfstorm require a paid subscription, managed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Allow recurring billing unless canceled
• Comply with Stripe's terms of service

We do not store your credit card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.

4. Ownership of Output

All presentations, insights, creative suggestions, and materials generated via Selfstorm using your input ("Generated Content") are fully owned by you. You are free to use, edit, publish, and monetize the Generated Content without restrictions.

Selfstorm does not claim any rights or ownership over the output you generate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Generating misleading, harmful, or discriminatory content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform's infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Marketing Communication Consent

By creating an account, you consent to receive occasional marketing emails from Selfstorm. These may include updates, feature announcements, and offers.

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or originality of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted access to the platform
• Suitability of outputs for specific use cases

Use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
