    Gaussian Splatting Meets High Fashion Chaos

    Pioneering Volumetric Visuals


    The project is widely recognized as one of the first major commercial applications of Gaussian Splatting in a high-budget music video. By utilizing Evercoast for volumetric capture and Wild Capture for project initiation, the team moved beyond traditional CGI. The process allowed for the creation of hyper-realistic, 3D-rendered environments that could be manipulated in real-time, giving the video its signature surreal, glitch-heavy aesthetic. David Rhodes of CG Nomads was instrumental in developing the GSOPs (Gaussian Splatting Operators) that enabled the production to render these complex assets within a standard post-production workflow.

    The production was a massive cross-continental effort, spearheaded by AWGE in New York and executed alongside Somesuch and Grin Machine. Dan Streit served as the primary technical architect, acting as director, editor, and lead VFX artist.
