Marketers feel motivated by briefs; agencies feel frustrated by the same ones

The emotional response to briefs is close to a mirror image. Marketers report feeling motivated (77%), satisfied (65%), excited (64%) and energised (63%). Agencies report frustrated (78%), irritated (67%), bored (57%) and disengaged (51%). On satisfaction the split is 65% against 16%.
