The production was a masterclass in physical engineering, eschewing CGI for pure tactile craft. American artist Luca Iaconi-Stewart - who first gained internet fame for a 1:7 scale Air India model - was commissioned by Dentsu Möbius to bring the "No Detail is Too Small" philosophy to life. Working at a 1:50 scale, Iaconi-Stewart spent over 1,000 hours hand-cutting 3,000 individual pieces from 100 manila folders. The precision was so extreme that the First Class Suite alone required 400 parts and a full month of labor. Every element was functional; the paper seats featured working reclining mechanisms and the suite doors actually slid shut.
Shifting the Luxury Narrative
Led by Creative Director Mike Middleton and SIA’s Foo Chai Woo, the campaign marked a strategic pivot for Singapore Airlines. By moving away from traditional TV-led "Singapore Girl" commercials, the brand embraced a digital-first strategy to combat the rise of regional low-cost carriers.
