AI users stack assistants instead of choosing one: the average user now runs 3.0 general AI assistants, up from 2.2 a year ago. ChatGPT reaches 60% of AI users (45% in 2025), Gemini 58% (36%), and Claude nearly tripled to 20% (from 7%).
