Nycoplus, working with 11:11 Oslo, sought to increase brand relevance and purchase intent among Norwegians aged 40+. The client needed to move beyond functional supplement messaging to demonstrate the brand's core belief in lifelong health. They aimed to create a high-impact cultural event that would resonate with their target audience's desire for longevity and physical excellence, ultimately driving brand preference and market leadership.

    Creative Idea

Retired ballet dancers performed Swan Lake to prove physical capability has no expiration date.

Nycoplus challenged the forced retirement of ballet dancers at age 41 by staging a professional Swan Lake performance featuring only dancers aged 43 to 74, proving that proper nutrition enables extraordinary physical performance well beyond traditional industry limits.

    A Debut Pitch Success

This campaign marked the very first project 11:11 Oslo created for Nycoplus after winning the brand in their inaugural agency pitch. The creative team, led by Casper Evensen and Marius Aasen, turned a high-stakes debut into a career-defining moment. The agency’s work was supported by Camp David in Stockholm, with director Arthur Ljunggren capturing the cinematic, desaturated aesthetic that defined the brand’s new visual identity.

    Behind the Pointe Shoes

The production was physically demanding, requiring retired dancers to return to the stage after years away. The hero film utilized a distinct grey-green color palette, focusing on macro shots of scuffed satin and the worn shanks of pointe shoes to emphasize the reality of the dancers' long careers. The ensemble featured eight elite performers, including Camilla Spidsøe, who served as lead choreographer, and Anne Cecily Fjeldstad, who at 74 years old became the centerpiece of the performance.

    Commercial and Social Impact

The live event at the Oslo Concert Hall was a financial and cultural triumph. By selling out the main hall, the production costs were fully refinanced, allowing the brand to donate 100% of ticket revenues to Redd Barna (Save the Children Norway). The campaign’s effectiveness was reflected in a 200% increase in brand liking and a 23% rise in purchase intention. As Casper Evensen noted regarding the campaign's recognition, the silver color of their award was perfectly on-concept for the "Grey Swan" narrative. The project successfully transitioned Nycoplus from a standard supplement provider into a legitimate patron of the arts, proving that physical capability does not expire at 41.
