B2B advertising produces even less emotional response than consumer advertising
StatBrand & Creativity
In B2B advertising the problem is worse. Neutrality covers 60% of UK B2B response and 54% of US B2B response. Emotion matters just as much in B2B, but most brands play safe and adopt a tone of voice that produces no reaction at all.
