9% of consumers trying to lose weight take GLP-1 drugs, up from 6% in 2024 - a 50% relative jump in one year. Once taboo or clinical-only treatments are moving mainstream, and adjacent categories are already adapting: Nestlé's Boost launched a pre-meal protein shot formulated for GLP-1 users' appetite control.
