58% of consumers experience moderate to extreme stress on a daily basis, and 2 in 5 feel under constant pressure to get things done - yet in every region the share doing weekly stress-reduction activities is roughly half the share reporting the stress. Euromonitor calls it the stress gap: high levels, low relief.
